Abstract
This writing aims to find out about the rights obtained by pilgrims to get legal protection, the construction of legal protection for pilgrims, how the government's efforts to provide legal protection to pilgrims. Organizing the Hajj is a national task considering the very large number of Indonesian pilgrims, involving various agencies and institutions, both domestically and abroad, and relating to various aspects, including guidance, transportation, health, accommodation, and security. construction of legal protection that must be in favor of the pilgrims, So as to make the prospective pilgrims feel safe and comfortable in carrying out their pilgrimage because their protection has been guaranteed
