Abstract

This study aims to find out how advertising strategies through Instagram media in increasing sales and to find out how syariah marketing ethics reviews on advertising strategies in increasing sales. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data sources and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and on 11 informants. Then the data is described and discussed to answer the problems raised. The results showed that the advertising strategy through Instagram media in increasing sales in Optik B. Riski had not fulfilled sharia marketing ethics in accordance with Islamic law with sales criteria in advertising products. They only know how to advertise goods without the specifications and explanation of the product, such as what kind of product and so on. In fact, the advertising that is applied at this time is only to mention the nominal price, without the explanation of the goods as detailed as possible, this is because the Optics B. Riski lacks socialization about how the advertising strategy is good and true in accordance with Islamic marketing ethics.
