Abstract
There are two problems examined in this thesis, namely: (1) How is the implementation of Coffee Price Decrease Due to Coffee Toke Debt (in Warung Pojok Village, Muara Kemumu District), (2) How is the Islamic economic legal review of Coffee Price Declines Due to Debt Receivables Toke Kopi Perspective of Islamic Economic Law (In Warung Pojok Village, Muara Kemumu District). The purpose of this study is to determine the Decrease in Coffee Prices Due to Coffee Toke Debt (in the Village of Warung Pojok District of Muara Kemumu) and to find out a review of Islamic economic law on the Decline in Coffee Prices Due to Coffee Debt Receivables in the Perspective of Islamic Economic Law (At Warung Pojok Village Muara Kemumu District). To reveal these problems in depth and thoroughly, researchers use qualitative methods. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study it was found that (1) Coffee Price Decrease Practices Due to Coffee Toke Debt (in Warung Pojok Village, Muara Kemumu District), as the sale and purchase of coffee is not in accordance with Islamic teachings due to the declining coffee prices carried out unilaterally by the coffee toke . Where in the agreement there is no agreement on the price between the toke and the farmer. Which results in farmers being disappointed because of falling prices at the time of buying and selling. (2) Islamic economic law against Coffee Price Decrease Due to Coffee Toke Debt (in Warung Pojok Village, Muara Kemumu District) due to the absence of a bargaining system, the absence of a written agreement and in the agreement there is no agreement on a price reduction, so that they feel disappointed and feel cheated, and not happy one of the parties in the transaction, making the transaction is not allowed or haram.
