Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the benefits of using digital services for Ipuh BSI iKcp customers. The research method used is a qualitative field research with a descriptive research approach. Methods of collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were employees of BSI Kcp Ipuh and bank customers of BSI Kcp Ipuh. The results of the research, namely the ID of BSI Kcp Ipuh, customers gave their opinions or responses that(1) Practical and easy to access, (2) saves time and money, (3) can be done anytime, (4) can withdraw cash. In the BSI digital determination, namely:Can carry out transactions, administrative procedures and transfer all customers so that they can know that the customer has no doubts in making transactions through BSI digital.
