Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the views of experts about surat Al-Ashr related to values of Islamic education management andto describe the implementation of Islamic education management values in Surat Al-Ashr’ at SDIT Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Iqra' 2 Bengkulu City about time management in the form of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). This type of research are library researchand qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test used in this study is construct validity which is obtained by testing the validity of experts (expert judgment). The data analysis technique used in this research are content analysis and inductive analysis with stages consisting of: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions that are described in a cyclical process.The results of this research indicate that 1. The values of Islamic education management in surah Al-Ashr according to the experts which reseacher can conclude are in the form of dicipline, faith, doing good deeds, advising each other in the truth and advising each other in patience. 2. the implementation of Islamic education management values in Surat Al-Ashr at SDIT Iqra' 2 Bengkulu City regarding time management in the form of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) is carried out with a series of activities that divided into four functions: a. in implementing the planning function by determining goals and policies,b. in implementing the organizing function by giving power to school principals and vice principals to compile activity programs and provide guidance to students carried out directly by vice principals,c. in implementing the implementation function by applying the teaching system by rote and muroja'ah in the lessons of the Qur'an and hadits, and d. in implementing the supervisory function it is carried out fairly and wisely without taking sides with each other.
