Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of ScaffoldingBased Virtual Classrooms in Improving Logical Thinking Skills of PGMI Semester 5 2018 IAIN Bengkulu Students in MI/SD Science Learning. This type of research can be classified as ex post facto research because in general this research aims to reveal the possibility of a correlation/relationship of two or more variables without any manipulation. Ex post facto research is research after the incident. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique uses (F test) to determine the effect of X on Y simultaneously. The results of this study are as follows: the calculation results with the help of the SPSS application are known to have a significant value (Sig.) of 0.005 smaller than the probability value (0.005 <0.05), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which provides information that there is the effect of scaffolding-based science learning on the logical thinking ability of students of the PGMI Study Program in the MI/SD science course.
