Abstract
Based on research results The grab service standards that must be considered are as follows: Statements and Guarantees, Payments, OVO Balances, Grab Rewards Loyalty Program, Cancellation, Rating (Rating) from Third Party Transportation Service Providers, Taxes, Granting Licenses and Restrictions, Ownership intellectual property rights, confidentiality. Customer satisfaction on the online motorcycle taxi service (Grab) in Pekan Saturday Village according to Islamic economics is closely related to needs, desires, benefits, blessings, beliefs and halalness. This is what causes consumers to be satisfied in terms of the Islamic economy.
