Abstract

Research finding in this thesis are: (1) Strategy headmaster in the effort make-up of interest learn at process study of PAI, that is is: First, Motivating teacher for the created of innovation and in using active study strategy; Second, Improving; Third teacher professionalism, supervise; Fourthly, Improving the quality of student by join race of goodness of kurikuler and also is extracurricular; Fifth, Developing good behavior culture at whole citizen go to school to through by word; Sixth, Make-Up of the quality of facilities and basic facilities. ( 2) Strategy headmaster in the effort make-up of the quality of study, that is is: First, by improving ability all teacher in running duty and his obligation as instructor; second, with exploiting optimalisasi and usage of education medium and media; Third, with execution of routine supervision to overcome problems referring to lack of professionalism attitude conducted by teacher in executing duty; Fourth, applying of tight discipline. ( 3) Constraint faced by headmaster in the effort make-up of interest learn and quality of study, that is is: First, teacher education of Islam less compact in executing religious program or activity; Second, educative by participant less istiqomah in practicing religious activity at home is; Third, existing difference in x'self.
