Abstract

The creativity of a good teacher makes learning fun for students. The creative ability of individual teachers is different. Someone who is creative tends to be original/original than someone who is less creative. This study aims to find out. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of teacher creativity in increasing learning interest in class V at MI PLUS Ja-alHaq Bengkulu City. which is located at MI PLUS Ja-alHaq Bengkulu City. This study uses a sample of 48 respondents using the product moment formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. This research uses validity test, reliability test, followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the results of this study are the form of teacher creativity, various kinds of creativity are carried out when teaching, by providing real teaching aids, usually through activities related to direct practice or directly carrying out class outing activities to a place that is in accordance with the material being taught. is in progress, in quotation marks if the place to be visited is in one city and is easily accessible. The Influence of Teacher Creativity on Students' Interest in Learning, the calculation results show that b = the number of regression coefficients. The value is 0.4.4 This number means that for every 1% addition of teacher creativity (x), student learning interest (Y) is 0.546. Because the value of the regression coefficient is positive (+), it can be said that Teacher Creativity (X) has a positive effect on Student Learning Interest. So that the regression equation is Y = 4.4 + 0.546X when compared between the variables of Teacher Creativity and Student Learning Interest is significant. Thus, the results of the research above indicate that the hypothesis that the author proposes which reads that Teacher Creativity Affects Students' Interest in Learning.
