Abstract
ABSTRACT Community Economic Problems and Tips for Success in Oyster Mushroom Cultivation By Cristy Septiana NIM. 1711130165 This writing aims to find out about strategies in community empowerment. This writing method uses a type of library research with data collection using the method of reviewing several books, journals, sharia economic websites and others. From the results of this paper, it can be concluded that the purpose of community empowerment is to enable and empower the community, especially from poverty and underdevelopment/gaps/powerlessness. Empowerment is not only to strengthen the individual personality, but also to instill cultural values, such as hard work, frugality, openness, and responsibility are the main parts of this empowerment strategy. This paper will explain how the strategy in community empowerment
